1-Step Elite Transfer Paper

The premium textile paper for color laser copiers
and desk-top laser color-class printers

Specifications:

Elite consists of a base paper material constructed for flatness, anti-static and moisture resistance. The base paper is coated with a specially formulated material to receive the photo electrostatic dry toner image and to assure it's integrity for heat transfer purposes. The paper is manufactured in the United States in an ISO 9000-certified facility. Its weight is consistent with the recommended paper weight for color laser copiers and printers.

The paper is converted into the standard paper sizes vacuumed and placed in a equilibrium for stability. As required by the market the paper is then packed in a humidity controlled facility in resealable Ziplok bags with a desiccant pack to insure dryness.

Environmental issues:

Elite should be used consistent with the copier manufactures recommended ranges. Elite should be stored in the resealable ziplok bag, no higher than 68°F (20°C) and not below 32°F (O°C). Elite is free from any hazardous materials, does not release any know toxic substances or unpleasant fumes during application. The expended backing paper is recyclable.

Heat Transfer Method:

Elite should be transferred for 8-10 seconds at 375°F (200°C) on a manual or air operated heat transfer press. You should consider the Insta-Graphics type of machinery and not clam shell type application equipment.

Substrates:

Elite can be applied to any cotton, cotton/polyester, polyester, nylon, rayon and silks that can withstand the 375°F (200°C) application heat. We suggest that you test a small piece of your intended fabric under the actual application conditions before using Elite.

Washability:

Fabrics and garments can be washed in cold water with standard detergents and in accordance with care labeling instructions. There is no need to subject to special wash cycles and you can iron over the applied surface with a normal home iron or industrial heat transfer machine.

Packaging:

Elite is printed with green back marker lettering to aid you in determining the correct side to print in your copier or printer. It is packed in 100-sheet quantities, in resealable ziplok bags with complete instructions and desiccant packs to ensure dryness. Commercial bulk packaging is available upon request.

Canon

Canon's CLC uses digital laser scanning and offers 400 x 400 dpi resolution: C,M, Y, and K toners; zoom range from 50 to 400 percent; and can be linked to a PC through an interface controller. ONE STEP papers may be used in Canon COLOR LASER COPIERS models 100, 200, 300, 350, 500, 550, 700, and 800.

Kodak ColorEdge

Kodak's product is manufactured by Canon, so it offers the same basic features. ONE STEP papers may be used in Kodak COLOR LASER COPIERS models 1525, 1525+, 1550, 1550+, and 1565.

Konica

Konica's CLC uses digital laser scanning and offers 400 x 400 dpi resolution, C, M, Y, and K toners; and zoom range from 50 to 400 percent. The Konica copier can't be connected to a PC. ONE STEP papers may be used in all Konica COLOR LASER COPIERS.

Minolta CF80

Minolta's CLC uses digital laser scanning and offers 400 x 400 dpi resolution; C, M, Y, and K toners; and zoom range from 50 to 550 percent. The Minolta copier can be linked to a PC. ONE STEP papers may be used in all Minolta COLOR LASER COPIERS.

Ricoh NC 5006

Ricoh uses digital laser scanning and offers 400 x 400 dpi resolution; C, M, Y, and K toners; and zoom range from 25 to 400. ONE STEP papers may be used in all Ricoh COLOR LASER COPIERS.

Xerox Majestik

Xerox Majestik's CLC uses digital laser scanning and offers 400 x 400 dpi resolution; C, M. Y, and K toners; and zoom range from 25 to 400 percent. Xerox Majestik's CLC may be linked to a PC. ONE STEP papers may be used in Xerox Majestik COLOR LASER COPIERS models 5760/5765.

Color Class Color Laser Printers

In terms of print quality, desktop COLOR LASER PRINTERS incorporate the same electrophotographic print technology as COLOR LASER COPIERS. However, the print technology used in COLOR LASER PRINTERS is quite different than that found in one-color desktop laser printers. Three color laser printers provide the best results for making heat transfers using digital imaging:
